This self-guided online course is for you to use the foundational practices of the Art Of Daily Practice to heal your way through.

This course is for you if you are looking for ways to cultivate healing within using simple practices.

This course will introduce you the foundational practices of I For-give + Release journaling, I AM affirmations and documenting your #WINS that will help you create space within, cultivate the connection to your present self and see your growth within the present moment. You can be new to the Art Of Daily Practice or use this course to deepen your practice.


I will be there each step of the way. This course carries 3 videos, printables and a simplified guide of inspiration, guidance and the steps you need to take to do the work to cultivate your healing.

This course was designed with the intention for you to practice with me as if we are in a one-on-one session together. All the guidance I would share in a session are on these pages that you would need to begin, learn and practice.
