I AM Nichole Rae. I AM a Creative Healer.
I use a collection of metaphysical and mind-body practices to address the root cause of the pain you are experiencing and help you awaken the healing within you.
This work evolved from my own 20+ year journey with physical pain.
My pain has carried names such as fibromyalgia, endometriosis, PCOS and IBS to name a few. I am also very familiar with the words “My feet hurt,” “My jaw is tight” and “I am not sure why I feel this pain.” Just like you I have been to doctors, practitioners, had scans done, took the supplements all to try to help me find relief and still was not able to understand “why” I was feeling the way I was. Over the years of using metaphysical healing I have been able to manage my pain and stay open to seeing my healing as a journey. I now have tools in my toolbox to help me better understand my pain, my body, my mind and the connection they all share. I am passionate on how this work has helped me and I am here to share what I have learned with you.

Mind-Body Healing looks at how our emotional wellbeing plays a role in our physical health.
When we have trapped or blocked emotions within - our bodies may begin to physically feel them in the form of pain or illness such as:

Each session is customized to meet your individual needs. Once we have a conversation and determine what you need, I will then make a recommendation on a series of sessions. I recommend a minimum of 2 sessions to address your concern for it to be valuable for you.
