YOU WILL NEED: a journal and pen.
There are few pages that can be printed for you to use like a workbook though all can be done with a blank journal and pen while using this digitally.
All that is needed besides these two supplies is an open heart and a tiny little bit of willingness which I know you have both because you are here.
